My name is Kamal. I am a Mindfulness Life Coach. My coaching approach is to deeply listen and build rapport with my clients, ask questions to provoke thinking about the way they are living their life now. I love to create a safe space and I use no judgement. I help them create awareness. I believe in Positive Psychology. I have learnt different frameworks and models that I use with my clients to get to the lasting results. I am very mindful in my sessions and I want all my clients to be more mindful as well. The purpose of my coaching is to serve and help others become more mindful in their life. I know and I believe when you are mindful, your intentions, attention, and attitude is at the right place. Your life changes in all areas and that is when you are living a meaningful life
